Plastic profile materials
ZITTA processes a diversity of materials and WPC for profiles. The range extends from polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene and ABS for technical profiles to Perspex (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), and rigid PVC for profiles for interior and exterior applications. Flexible PVC or thermoplastic elastomers are employed for sealing profiles such as gaskets and sealing lips.

With our in-house compounding unit we quickly realise individual material requirements and colour requests.
Virtually anything is possible, including smooth and structured profile surfaces. Moreover, there are also no limits with regard to designs with embossing foil in a variety of colours and wood patterns. Using the latest machining centres we lend your special profiles the precisely requested form by means of punching, drilling and cutting to length.
